The business outcomes

Working AI initiatives. A team that keeps delivering.

Discovery identifies five high-impact AI opportunities — from agents to AI-assisted processes and project-specific solutions. Together, we agree which initiatives to build and validate during the program.

A prioritised AI roadmap

Five initiatives ranked by business impact, with a clear process for selecting what comes next.

Working, validated solutions

Selected initiatives built, tested and measured against agreed business outcomes.

An internal AI Center of Excellence

Named leaders and champions, shared practices and ownership of future initiatives. 10–15 champions build it through real initiatives, supported by Amotion.

The four-month roadmap

Build your Center of Excellence by delivering real initiatives.

Discovery determines which of the five priority initiatives enter implementation during the program, and which remain on your roadmap.

Leadership sets goals; champions improve real processes and coach their teams, with monthly demos showing weekly progress.

Month one
Discover and prioritise

Identify five high-impact AI opportunities. Agree what to build, success measures and who leads and approves decisions for your Center of Excellence.

Month two
Build and validate

Develop the selected AI agents or solutions. Test them on real business tasks and refine them with your champions.

Month three
Adopt and refine

Put validated solutions into use. Champions lead adoption and capture shared practices so other teams can build on the work.

Month four
Review and continue

Review business results and hand over solutions, playbooks and tracking. Your Center of Excellence owns the roadmap and selects the next initiatives.

Weekly support and progress tracking throughout. Management reviews every month.

Program details

Measured against targets you agree at the start.

The program runs for four months, ending with a review against agreed targets. The remote and on-site delivery format is agreed with you.

Agreed measures

For each selected initiative we agree measures and establish baselines where possible: turnaround time, revision rounds, knowledge reuse, or work completed without the usual expert.

Discovery decides scope

Discovery determines which of the five initiatives enter implementation and which remain on the roadmap.

Leaders approve

Your leadership approves priorities. Champions help build the solutions and lead adoption in their teams.

A closing review

Business results are reviewed against the targets; solutions, playbooks and tracking are handed over to your Center of Excellence.
